DAMAGED ITEMS - We personally inspect every item that we send out to ensure they're in factory-new condition. If your item arrives damaged which is possible during shipping, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving the package. If you would like to personally repair your product. We recommend "Loctite Super-Glue". If you're planning to send back your purchase, please contact us with a copy of the original Invoice form containing the order confirmation/status.
If you would like a refund or exchange please send the purchase back to us with the original receipt invoice within 7 (seven) days and then a claim will be opened.
